Muay Thai All-Levels
This class is a great workout that consists of a quick warmup followed by bag work combos. The combos change every class and include punching, kicking, knee and elbow techniques.
Great for beginners and getting in shape while developing solid technical skills!
Muay Thai Advanced & Intermediate
This is the competition-focused class that focuses on partner drills, padwork and sparring. Coach Ali leads every class, specifically managing the training to build skills and prepare for the next competition.
This is a tough class, and Ali demands the best of us. This is the class that produces our fighters.
Muay Fit
This is a directed strength and conditioning class consisting of HIIT training to build muscle, burn fat, and get in great shape. Look forward to an hour packed with dumbell, kettlebell and calisthenic exercises that develops balanced, functional strength.
On weekends the class changes to a circuit training format with barbell, treadmill, battle rope and other exercises.
This is also a critical class for fighters. Strength and conditioning is a critical part of competition readiness. Expect Ali to guide your training to maximize your performance.
Muay Chill (Yoga)
This is the newest class run by the incredibly talented Saghar Nikooray. It consists of sun salutations, standing poses, seated poses, inversions, and backbends, providing a comprehensive practice for both physical and mental well-being.
